

This is why I have created Libra Physio & Yoga, to bring these two worlds together. My classes blend clinical knowledge with mindful yoga practice, offering a safe space for you to move, breathe and reconnect with your body.My aim is to help you feel stronger, more balanced, and at ease.

What to expect
Each class is small and supportive, giving you space to move safely and with confidence. I bring my background as a physiotherapist into the studio, so you will always have options to suit your body and any injuries or limitations.Classes are purposeful with stretching, strengthening and breathing practices designed to help you feel balanced and at ease.
Whether you are new to yoga or have many years of experience, you will be guided at your own pace, leaving the studio feeling lighter, steadier and more connected to yourself.

Booking Policy
Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your space.Cancellations & Transfers
• Single class bookings are non-refundable.
• Single class bookings may be transferred to the next available class, provided at least 24 hours’ notice is given and subject to availability.
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in the loss of the session.Class Packs
• 6-Class Packs are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• All sessions must be used within 10 weeks of purchase.Health & Safety
• A health screening questionnaire must be completed before attending your first class to help ensure your safety and wellbeing.
• This allows classes to be safely tailored to individual needs and appropriate modifications or alternatives to be offered where required.
• If this has not been completed in advance, participation may not be permitted and the session may be forfeited.
Class Policy
Please arrive 5–10 minutes before class to allow time to settle in.Late Arrivals
• The studio door is locked at the start of class, and late entry is not permitted to avoid disturbing others. • If you arrive late, unfortunately your space will be forfeited and no refund will be issued.Equipment & Preparation
• All equipment is provided by Red Bay, though you’re welcome to bring your own if you prefer. Please ensure any personal mat does not shed onto the studio floor.
• Before class begins, make sure you have everything you need — water, medication, or other essentials — so you can stay comfortable for the duration of the session.We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping classes run smoothly for everyone.

All client data is stored securely using Cliniko, a GDPR-compliant practice management system designed for healthcare professionals. Cliniko protects your data with encryption, regular backups, and controlled access. Any paper records are stored securely and accessed only when necessary.
How long we keep your information
Your records are kept for 8 years from your last session, in accordance with professional physiotherapy standards. After this time, they will be securely deleted or destroyed.
Sharing your information
Your information will never be shared with third parties unless:
• It is required by law, or
• You give written consent (for example, sharing with another healthcare professional involved in your care).

You have the right to:
• Access the information we hold about you
• Request corrections to your data
• Request that your data be deleted
