Meet Charlotte
I’m Charlotte, a registered physiotherapist and clinical yoga teacher based in East Devon.
I’ve worked with people for over 15+ years of physiotherapy, and I’ve seen just how powerful movement can be for recovery, strength and peace of mind.

This is why I have created Libra Physio & Yoga, to bring these two worlds together. My classes blend clinical knowledge with mindful yoga practice, offering a safe space for you to move, breathe and reconnect with your body.My aim is to help you feel stronger, more balanced and at ease in your body.


Classes
Friday Reset Yoga 7.30-8.30pm
Unwind from the week with a calm, grounding class. Gentle, physio led yoga to release tension, ease the body and settle the mind before the weekend.
Sunday Renew Yoga 9.30-10.30am
Start your Sunday with mindful movement to strengthen, stretch and restore balance. Leave refreshed, centred and ready for the week ahead.


What to expect
Each class is small and supportive, giving you space to move safely and with confidence. I bring my background as a physiotherapist into the studio, so you will always have options to suit your body and any injuries or limitations.
Classes are purposeful with stretching, strengthening and breathing practices designed to help you feel balanced and at ease.
Whether you are new to yoga or have many years of experience, you will be guided at your own pace, leaving the studio feeling lighter, steadier and more connected to yourself
